TK:
the calls that he was on, it was great to get feedback on the questions and think through the topics. Anything you can be in a room with like-minded people and building towards things in web3. Always eye-opening! Enjoyed the time that he was in the discord call. The actual interview he did was great, was very therapeutic and grateful for the experience and then being able to execute.
Universe:
never experienced anything like this. was very pleasent. was very warm and inviting! has a hard time working with other people and he felt very comfortable in this setting. Helped him grow as a person and helped him grow as an artist. Pushed his boundaries!

it was great! first time workign with HIFI labs and it was great. generally pleasant. no serious challenges!
- did you like the format of the meetings? Any other platforms?
would prefer a google meets or a video call. becuase that’s what most people are used to doing for big groups. discord was good to use for a switch up. being on video might be better for a communal environement. the one-one calls on google meets was great.

3. Improvements?
communication in the guild and how the people in the guild. better way? emails are tough, they get lost. Text would be better, i-message! double message on discord, text.
application was super easy, very clear. deadlines could be more strict.
giving a rundown of the structure of EQ during the kickoff meeting so that everyone understands what the format is, what is necessary and how we’re trying to develop.
Liked how we came up with the topics, how it was a group process.
consistent weekly updates on what’s going on
during the kickoff, maybe modrate a little more so that people are able to own their own idea and
such an awesome process! <3 hope those who participated can participate again

Great exeperience overall, smooth process, warm community, nice to work with others, easy application process. really enjoyed how we worked together to come up with the topics, divided the content and edited/helped during the process.
- did you like the format of the meetings? Any other platforms?
They wanted to do meetings on a platform other than discors like google meets or zoom and with video on. In between meetings they also wanted communication to be in a group chat over imessage.
- Improvements
Communication in between meetings and in general. Instead of email we should have a group chat over imessage or another platform if people don’t want to give their numbers out.
Provide weekly updates on what’s happening overall with the guild, when it will come out, how people get paid, etc.
In the kickoff meetings, give a more indepth rundown of what EQ is, the purpose and the goals of the issue and what we’re trying to improve on
My Own Learnings:
– didn’t promote the application process as much as we should have
— have details on what is needed from interviews and articles
— payment increase? Readjust budget. Charm dropped out because she felt the payment wasn’t high enough
– how do we get more non-role participants? Is it necessary
– how to make sure the quality of content matches our expectations
— change language of EQ from resource to personal experiences, a sharing in personal experiences?
